His staff is always caring and kind, and most importantly, they have always treated my son, who has down syndrome, cerebral palsy and autism, as well as heart and joint conditions, with respect. Although Dr. Tolles does not specialize in disability care, he has been willing to listen and learn, which is a very desired quality when looking for a doctor for a person with a rare combination of disabilities for which little research has been done."

"Bad service. Went to a few appointments, that led to dead ends and no help with health problem. They also turned me away after I experienced medical emergency and wanted to follow up with my doctor at the time. They refused to see me. Found much better care and service at other local clinic."

"Didn't have good results. They ran a test that wasn't needed and sent it to the wrong lab, a lab not covered by my insurance. The result? $500 out of my pocket. They were very rude (a nurse in particular, don't remember her name) and said basically yep, we messed up but you have to pay. Also, near impossible to see Dr. Tolled himself, you'll be paying for a nurse practitioner here. Definitely won't consider going back."
