About Us
Alki Middle School is a vibrant institution located at 1800 Northwest Bliss Road in Vancouver, Washington, United States. As a school, we are committed to the well-being and academic success of our students.
Our school is proud to be participating in the Washington State Healthy Youth Survey during Fall 2023. This survey covers a range of important topics such as physical activity, diet, substance use, and access to school-based services. The results of this survey help us to plan programs that support our youth and reduce their risks.
Participation in the survey is completely voluntary and students' answers are anonymous. We prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of our students.
For the upcoming 23-24' School Year, we are not requiring students to sign a Digital Response Use Policy form, but it will be included in the School Handbook for reference.
We also encourage parents to learn more about ParentSquare and ParentVue for important updates and information.
Lastly, we would like to congratulate the recipients of the April Excellence Awards. At Alki Middle School, we celebrate and recognize the achievements of our students.

"Alki Middle School is the best school I’ve ever been to, loved my three teachers that helped me in my success. I have an IEP so I mean either way I was failing a bit, but still really great teachers who never gave up on me. Even though I was a pain in the butt to work with lots of times. Thanks to Mr. Mansfield, Mrs. Susan and Mr. Chris, I’ve became a better person in Columbia River High School. Though I’m still failing some grades, I’m still making improvements, I fall down and I get back up again and again. This is Austin D. Graves speaking. Oh ya there’s also Ms. Delaney and Ms. Molly too, who also helped me as well to become who I am today, even though it might be to late to review....I think, I just wanna say thanks to all who made me the most proudest teenager I can be. If the teachers I mentioned are still there teaching, let them know this is the pain in the butt kid who was once in there class and now a better person. Thank you and have a great life kids who are there learning."
"It sucks!!!!!! I hate alki, the staff is really rude only some of the office people are nice and the kids are really horrible, they always pick on my friends and are to worried if there hair and makeup look ok then having real friends. I guess I'm kinda goth but they always pick on me for "looking like a boy" and "your hair looks horrible" but don't forget "I'm only friends with you because I have to sit by you, your teeth are so yellow and your really stupid" I dont like alki at all. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!!"
"It's a decent place. If you're anywhere remotely bigger than the magical Average person (Which doesn't even exit) You'll die of starvation. The teachers are the best in the district, Administration is decent with some key exceptions, and as far as public schools go, it's the best you can get in this day and age. Just ignore the annual Respect assembly, do good on large assignments and you'll get good grades for sure."
