"One of the most incompetent group of people. (Not all, but a few.) You call and leave a message with a person to pass on a message and it never gets delivered. Bus still pulls up and honks even though you cancelled ahead of time. Bus driver pulls up and doesn’t turn on the inside light so the kids can see her motion them to cross the street. They watch for her hand signal but can’t see her. Call the bus barn a few times, doesn’t change. Also they carry students K-12th and don’t have a rear inside light on. I wish for better communication and hopefully a better review later."

"Love our driver. We've been understanding that there is a 15min window when the bus might arrive and they understand that we don't want our kid waiting in the cold that long so we watch for them out our window and run outside immediately to catch them. We're always ready to go so it works fine. When a sub blew past our house and ignored us immediately waving after them, I called to figure out what happened. I was told that my bus driver was wrong to have been stopping for us if we weren't waiting in the cold. I would understand that if the pick up time was consistent but it hasn't been so I felt that flexibility on both ends was perfectly appropriate. They literally told me that it wasn't their job to stop at each bus stop. I'm curious what they plan to do when all the kids return to school if they don't have time to do their entire route."

"Kids are not treated fairly! When I called to talk to the manager (Mary Goodwin) she was rude and said she wasn’t willing to take into consideration what I thought as a parent because she was friends with her employee (my sons bus driver) I highly recommend if you have any issues calling the corporate manager Bob in Portland! He was respectful and very helpful, unlike Mary."
