"Even with Halloween as the featured holiday, they still have things to take care of all your party needs. Not all employees know everything they have in the store, but it makes sense when stock is being rotated out (for example, we were looking for bubble blowers for a birthday party and they were rotating summer things out in favor of Halloween), but the employees are still friendly and helpful. It does feel like they're a bit understaffed, as they don't seem to have time to keep things on the floor organized (it took a solid ten minutes of looking to find 2 birthday balloons with a 4 on them even though they're supposed to be sorted by number), so another reason they're not 5 stars."

"Been to multiple locations this one can definitely improve on their work ethic. The workers should focus more on tasks instead of being distracted by useless talk between each other, leave that for break rooms and lunches or when it's slow"

"This location needs a better manager. The manager is rude to her employees and seems like she doesn’t even care about her job. We overheard her scolding a teenage employee stating “You always call out when we need you, and come in when we don’t need you, I don’t even know why you came in today”. That is ILLEGAL for her to say, let alone why in front of customers? The same employee had asked to use the restroom but then was lectured about how her and another employee hadn’t been able to take their break due to customers in the store. Mind you the store wasn’t even busy…. The manager at the crossroads location isn’t any better either."

"Tried to do curbside pickup but nobody ever came out to bring my item. Had to go inside and with multiple small children in tow, this defeated the whole purpose. Not to mention the wasted time. The guy in the front had no idea I was out there waiting. #fail"
