"I recently applied for a maintenance position at this school district. So the process is that most everything is online including having your references completing an online reference. With that being said I was offered the job pending they check my references to make sure I was who I said I was. Ok I guess. When they got ahold of my references they were grilled like it was their interview and they were applying for the job. And then the maintenance supervisor called me back wanting more references. Um no I'm not going to do that because you guys just lost me 5 of my best references. If this is how you get employees I can see how your having a hard time finding someone to fill that spot."
