"I was renovating my house and had the help of their designer, Justin, who did a wonderful job selecting decor and lighting. He made the whole process so easy while maintaining a very friendly presence for whole time working together. I’d recommend him to anyone in need of a designer."

"I went to the store thinking I could pick up a fixture same day, and was disappointed that they had to ship the item to me. What's the point of a store when I could just go online to ship it myself? Especially since the cashier spelled my address wrong and my package was lost or stolen after being delivered to another house. Then it was a whole ordeal trying to get the issue resolved. The staff at the store didn't seem to know what to do, referring me to FedEx who referred me back to customer service. Then their customer service team told me it was my problem and that I should contact the police. Overall just such a frustrating and disappointing experience. After sending a complaint I think I was able to get the issue resolved but in the end I spent hours in travel, on the phone, writing emails before I could get my issue resolved. Totally not worth it. My recommendation to you is to stick with a bigger brand with a more reliable customer experience. It's 2024, c'mon."

"We walked in and were immediately greeted by Alyssa. First of all, what a cutie pie. Secondly, she helped us find tiffany lamps that we have been looking for everywhere. She went the extra mile and even offered to have different shades shipped in for us! She walked us out and took our boxes to our car for us. On a personal note, the "plus" in "Lamps plus" does NOT include birthday cake. Its not a big deal, but now I have to go to the grocery store."

"I had a terrific experience selecting a ceiling light fixture for my dining room/kitchen. I wanted a drum chandelier and needed a chain-style fixture, in case I needed to swag the light due to an off-center ceiling light. Christopher St. Pierre directed me to the models that would work. I love my new light! It was great to see it before buying!"

"My first experience with this store has been excellent. Although I have driven by many times, I had never been inside the store. Of course there are lamps, chandeliers, outdoor lights etc of every style. The "plus" part is that there are many decor items as well, including accent furniture pieces, which is what brought me into the store. By chance I happened to see a couple of pieces online. So I called the store to see if they had them in the store for me to view in person. I spoke with Samantha, who could not have been more friendly and helpful! She also assisted me when I came in. She was very patient and I never felt rushed while I was looking at several items beyond what I initially came to see! I did purchase two furniture pieces, and when I came back to pick one of them up, I also purchased a lamp and a decorative clock. I was impressed by the variety and quality of many unique items. Above all, the customer service I received from all employees has ensured my return to this store in the future! I already has a few items on my "saved" list. ;)"
