"I visited the dental clinic. I felt like the hygienist didn't have a clue as to what she was doing. It took her about 15 times to take 1 good e-xray of my tooth, no exaggerating. The dentist was rude & I felt like he was "talking down" to me as if I was stupid or a child. After waiting about 45 mins to be seen- they did absolutely nothing for me except the e, X-rays. I was told I would be referred to an oral surgeon & would be contacted by that Friday (it was Wed.) to set the appt. That was 2 weeks ago & I still no phone call"

"I’ve been coming here for years. I always appreciate how respectful they are. I feel like I will be heard if I speak up about something. I appreciate that an assistant is in the room while the Dr. does exams. This really helped ease my anxiety. Friendly staff. Although they definitely need to hire more mental health providers. It’s very challenging to get an appointment with my provider when I need one."

"William Runckel is a complete mockery of a dentist .There’s a reason why there’s so many 1 star reviews . Instead of trying to help people who have low incomes they try to pry every cent out from them . Even the assistant is rude she looks like she’s been in pain for 10 years . I came in with a swollen jaw and full scan X-rays that are 3 months old .she Insisted I pay 105 just for X-rays. when I told them I’m a student and short on cash and wanted to know how much it would be for the one tooth I had to take out . They couldn’t even give me an estimate instead rushed me out . The doctor said he wouldn’t talk to me without x rays . What a trash bag of people . How can you be in the health profession and not be naturally caring and helpful . They do the job just to do it no passion , no emotions . That is why this place has nonstop 1 star reviews ."

"Do yourself a favor and go through the process of selecting a different provider than here. Your appointment will be scheduled over a month out, only to be canceled. Then rescheduled and canceled again. And again. If you have to wait several months for a check-up, there's no point in having dental insurance. Find a place where your dental insurance is usable. Because even if SE Health Center accepts your insurance, you will never get to have that appointment. Most people put off dental appointments because they hate going to the dentist. This is the kind of place where you put it off because you hate having to deal with their scheduling and staff."
