"Kaiser Permanente sunset medical was a great experience. The nurses make you feel so well taken care of. Nurses get your information before the health exam or physical even starts, so the doctor has a good sense of why you are there. They also inform you of the vaccine that you have not yet received, and if you want them that day or another. (They also do eye exams). After all that, the doctor comes into the room and checks and examines you. Then, they tell you if your problem is something that's going to need a prescription or some sort of further investigating with lab-samples. Talking to the doctor, I felt so heard and received so much information about what I was concerned about. Overall, I would definitely recommend coming here, I had a great experience."

"Mercedes was on it, very efficient, pleasant to be around and took good care of me. Dr. Wells was awesome too. She communicated very clearly,showed concern for my health, and made sure that I understood and was apart of conversations regarding my health. I felt that I was in very good hands with this team."

"This won't accomplish anything, but needed to vent frustrations. This medical center is WILDLY unprofessional. Outside of the PA who left to "get supplies" for an ear flush (she was nice) But never came back! Sitting in an exam room for over 30 minutes, until a random nurse pops in with my after care summary and says I'm good to go. What a joke. Everyone else I encountered met me with a condescending, cold, uncaring tone. I already hate going to the doctor, but this has just added fuel to the flame. DO NOT COME HERE AROUND LUNCH. They send everyone on break at the same time and leave whoever is left high and dry. Didn't think I'd be late to work booking an appointment 3 hours in advance. But I'm still waiting. Just insane. Do better."
