"I can not even begin to describe how incompetent 'Doctor', and I use the term loosely, Portuondo is. So far, she hasn't shown almost any knowledge of my conditions and knows even less about medications in general. She may or may not have forgotten to tell me about blood work that was supposed to get done for over a year. Which when I found out about, I got done in 2 days, and have now been waiting over a month to get a referral to a specialist, which apparently can't be done since the office no longer answers their phones, and I haven't gotten any responses from their online portal. Now it may partially be mine and my insurance's fault for not assigning me to a real doctor, but that's neither here nor there. It's like she's from one of those TV shows where she pays a website to take her on a boat to international waters and just get a doctor's license that way. But somehow she got a job with it. Maybe if I wanted an all natural water birth or some other hippie nonsense I might actually be able to get help."

"I had my prenatal care here, had a home birth April 2019 with Dr. Portuondo, and now she is baby's primary care doctor. I plan to come back here for any future prenatal care i will need or for any family care i need. This place is amazing, everything i look for in a family doctor. Very welcoming, friendly, comfortable, informative, and it feels like home. Had a very positive home birth experience, midwives showed up in the middle of the night, there were no unnecessary interventions, they allowed my body to go through the natural birthing process in peace. They made sure baby and i were safe, they respected my birth plan/wishes. After the birth they helped with nursing/latching. They did all the clean up. Checked back in with me the next day, and had the next couple appointments at home, which was very convenient. So thankful to have found them, i recommend this place to everyone that asks!"
