"doctors are ok but it's impossible to get into contact with staff, they never answer their voicemails until the very last minute of the day when you cannot return your call. i was on hold for over 45+ minutes in separate cycles and was transfered to their FULL voicemail box after 5 minutes waiting each time i called. ridiculous to let a health center do this. hire more receptionists. pay them more. edit: after 2 WEEKS OF TRYING TO GET INTO CONTACT WITH THEM, they still will not answer their call or voicemails. They attempted to call me THIS MORNING and the call rang ONE TIME before they elected to go to voicemail and leave me a voicemail that I could not return the call to. I spent 2 hours WAITING, leaving voicemails, with no avail."

"It's nigh impossible to get someone to pick up the phone to make an appointment. When you do finally get an appointment, when you explain your symptoms, doctors will ask why you want to be sick so badly instead of actually assessing your symptoms. When you try to call to ask for a new provider, you won't get anyone to answer your call, no matter which extension you route to. Thanks to Blackburn, I'm now homeless and my health has completely fallen apart."

"Alyssa is the worst mental health professional I have ever seen. I got a call yesterday saying the appointment I had for this Tuesday (rescheduled adhd eval since she didnt do it the 6th) was canceled and rescheduled with a different doctor for December 29th. I asked if it was still the adhd eval appointment that I've been waiting for and they said I did the eval at my appointment I had on the 6th this month. I told them what the doctor said while I was there but she apparently had checked the appointment off as being a completed adhd eval At the appointment on the 6th all she did was ask about my anxiety/depression and tell me I needed a separate appointment for the evaluation. I don't even actually need evaluated, I already have a diagnosis. They just won't treat without their own evaluation. I have been through several hoops to get these appointments and treatment for my ADHD and Alyssa has ignored my statements and concerns every time"

"Ive had nothing but good experiences with the Blackburn. The staff are always friendly, meds always filled in a timely matter and they have a ton of services. The community is very lucky to have a place like The Blackburn."

"This clinic has a lot of great services for people trying to get healthy and back on their feet. The Suboxone program is wonderful to be engaged with. The doctors an medical staff are simply amazing. All the counselors are really working hard for their clients I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. So why 4 stars well because of the location. Even with uniformed security all over it never fails I get asked at least twice a week if I want to buy drugs from people on the corner. Not much that Blackburn can do about this. Again the center is simply amazing but the location is a bit rough."
