"My daughters pediatrician is suppose to be here ! She was diagnosed with COVID Sunday and I HAVE YET to hear from her PEDIATRICIAN when I’ve requested them to at least give her Tylenol. NOTHING . My baby has been suffering ! & I have Covid as well I’m 35 weeks pregnant it’s not much I can do ! When I’m giving medicine to rid the VIRUS and she isn’t ."

"This place is absolute trash! I was scheduled to be seen at 4:30pm then I wasn’t seen until after 5:15pm, after I went out to the lobby to see if the doctor didn’t forget about me. The doctor comes in proceeds to tell me I’m impatient and then did absolutely nothing to help my situation. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! If you can afford a real doctor I suggest you do. These people get a doctorate from community college. Avoid Laura brown at all cost. You’re better off getting medical advice on YouTube. This place doesn’t deserve the 1 star I gave it."

"Super unprofessional will be making a report soon. Completely rude staff this place used to be really good when Vivian worked there but it has went downhill immensely. The receptionist are rude and hang up the phone on you, they have little to no patience and raise their voice at you if you have a question. This is disgusting behavior for people working in the medical community. I’m am extremely dissatisfied, disgusted, and disappointed with the care/service that I got here. Unacceptable. 0 Stars"

"My son had an appointment a year ago here our last visit was very traumatic. My son had to take a blood test and the nurse was very rude she told my son look this is your blood and a shake it off in my son’s face.. very uncomfortable"

"The people are extremely rude and hang up the phone on you when you try to ask them any questions. The lady we spoke with was raising her tone and did not have any patience. When we asked if we can make a appointment for a family member who is in the same household and is a minor she hung up. The number she gave us for an appointment goes straight to voicemail and she only said it once quickly and was rude about it. Hope this place gets all their management and staff replaced and becomes a place for the community to be able to be happy with,"
