"I’ve been giving me the runaround for months when I’m literally trying to figure out what I’m owed on a bill and instead of having the billing department get a hold of me it’s been over two months still haven’t heard anything and I find out for almost a year they have been collecting these amounts that I come in for my shots every week and they were not even charging or attempting to charge my insurance company and now they expect me to pay for it all and they still haven’t even told me what is due. Don’t go here. This was the biggest mistake of my life."
"I've been coming here since 2017. Everything i get treated with so much respect. I am anaphylactic to some nuts and they check on me constantly when I'm here for a challenge to make sure I'm not having allergy symptoms. I love every staff member there! The scheduling is kind of a hassle though depending on whose scheduling you. I've come in several times for an appt at a certain time I have put down in my calendar and they will tell me that it's not for another hour. So either somebody keeps switching my scheduled time or clicking one time and telling me a different one while s standing there scheduling it. It's getting very frustrating."
"I use to love going to this allergy doctors office until they had a big change over in staff. It became less personable when you go in now. They also keep forgetting to update my referrals when they are suppose to, then I get a bill and have to talk to 3 or 4 people to get it fixed, go to my doctor to get a new referral put in, then they have to put in for approval for my shots and last time I waited a month for them to get approval to do my shots, which puts me back to coming in all the time when I was on maintenance and only having to get a shot a month. And it was helping my allergies so much.This time it has been over 4 months and it still has not been put in so my insurance can approve it. When I called 2 months ago they told me they were waiting for someone to call them with the right codes to put on the forms. All they have to do is pull up my last approval in the system and the codes are on it. I can give them the codes. So now I'll have to start my shots all over again from step one and because I haven't had them in so long my head is back to pounding and I feel miserable everyday. I'm very close to just going somewhere else because they don't even have the decency to call me and tell me what is going on that could possibly take this long. Do yourself a favor and if you go here makes sure you know when your referral is suppose to be renewed and if they can do it and remind them and if you need to get it then get it. They will not remind you."
"I was referred here because of ongoing facial swelling that was closing my eye and nostril. She told me that "not all faces are symmetrical" (palm to face, she is explaining this to a 45 year old). So, not only were my symptoms dismissed but she then went ahead and prescribed antibiotics without evidence of infection and told me that I would be seeing the doctor on my next visit. Next visit there was no doc for me to see, no excuse as to why I wasn't going to be seeing the doc and then another prescription for antibiotics. Not only did the antibiotics play hell on my body that has several autoimmune disorders but I will now, finally be having the growth that is pushing on my facial nerves surgically removed. Same old stuff, no one listens or does their job with any integrity."
"I would give 5 star but getting ahold of them for any reason is an absolute nightmare. It took me weeks of calling every 15-20 mins 4 days a week before I gave up calling them directly. I had to call their Vancouver office to have the receptionist email them telling them to call me. Absolutely ridiculous. The doctors and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and it's been pleasant being patients. Wish their phones worked."
