Balcony Downs Venue & Retreat

"Balcony Downs is such a fantastic venue! The location, views, accomodations, service and the time allotted for our daughter’s wedding made Balcony Downs far superior to other venues. The sprawling property is located far off of the road and is nestled by the mountain range which gives a secluded feeling. The outdoor space is well maintained and beautiful and the views on the property are breathtaking in every direction. We love that Balcony Downs provides the venue for an extended period of time. This ended up being one of the best things about our experience. It allowed all of our extended family to have time to visit and make memories at a slower pace than if we had a venue for just a few hours or a day. It was also convenient and comfortable to have the space to offer accommodations to extended family on the property. The Manor House and two cottages are clean and comfortable, and we loved getting to know some of the history behind the property. Lastly Celeste, Morgan, and Daniel were terrific to work with. They really helped us make this big event magical. We can't say enough good things about Balcony Downs and the memories we made there."
