Reviews
"I saw that review by Rachel wow! I have a child ASD 2 I have friends with ASD 3 non verbal who has sent their child to this wonderful play based school! Katie rugg is the most carding loving individual. I have seen her grant scholarships and partial payment. I have seen her accept ALL special needs children and have seen them thrive. I have seen her allow outside therapists to work with children in the classroom because the home environment was questionable! As an advocate for special needs kids this is the one preschool I can recommend where the children and families will not only be treated with love but dignity. I have also (knowing this school for 10 years and 2 kids) never seen a child kicked out for their behavior. To get kicked out of the school a parent would literally have to put staff and children in harms way."
"Good"
"Fabulous preschool! Very caring teachers. Offers classes for ages 2/3, 3/4, and Pre-K. Potty training is not a requirement. Held in Cedar Cross Methodist Church, so the pastor pops in for visits with the kids from time to time, prayers are sung over snacktime, and religious holidays are celebrated and learned more about. Parents are assigned on monthly rotational schedules to work in the classroom, and also required to serve on school committees ranging from cleaning to fundraiser planning, etc. The younger classes have a large focus on learning social skills key to child development. Nursery for younger siblings is available if you sign up ahead of time and are willing to give of your own time to also help in the nursery from time to time. Great school with a wonderful community feel! My daughter and I have both made great friends!"
