"The venue is very special because of the Manor's history. The wines are spectacular. While the whites and roses are very good, the reds are off the chart delicious! The staff is amazing; no matter what the request, they seem to "find a way" instead of telling the requestor why "they can't." The wine education events and the wine club events are such a treat and you inevitably learn something or experience something new. Effingham is just a lovely respite!"

"We could not have had a better experience! We brought a picnic of our own and ordered 3 wine flights. My husband and I are visiting from Utah and adored all the unique east coast and Virginia wines. I ESPECIALLY appreciated the 21 and over atmosphere which made me feel more comfortable to relax and have fun. The staff were a hoot and the grounds were gorgeous. This is a hidden gem and I am so sad it isn’t closer to my home."
