"I ordered 2/11/22 and received an email on 2/18/22 that the order had been processed so it’s not a quick process. Plus when I placed my order I selected normal postage which was around $17 but when I ordered, the site changed shipping to expedited UPS which was $70. I called and emailed regarding the error and did receive a call back that it would be corrected. I received the email last night that the order had been processed but they forgot to correct the postage and would issue a refund. Three hours after processing my credit card I receive a notice from the credit card company that my card had been compromised and is now cancelled- a card I have had for years. I don’t believe it was a coincidence. Hopefully this company will refund my postage without having to file a complaint with the card company. I won’t be doing business again with this company- sounds like it’s new owners who aren’t taking care of business very well."
