"This motel is a trashy motel with broken bed nasty floors I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here . Ask for clean towels for 3 days and never got them. Call the front desk and ask for towels still never got any. Also as Ask tissue paper for the bathoom and never got any please people if you can afford to stay anywhere else do not come to this motel they also have roaches, oh wow do not ask for clean towels because management will kick you out for asking for clean towels and sheets for your bed.. they say they have a pool but it's not open because of health hazards"

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is awful! My husband and I travel frequently and we have stayed at some pretty horrible places, but this hotel/motel is the worst. The room was disgusting, the sheets were rough, the front desk clerk was very rude, every time someone closed or opened a door on our side we could hear the whole thing and it shook the wall, some guy watched us unload our truck and bring our stuff to the room, the tv was broken and a prostitute came to our door at 2am soliciting herself. All we wanted after many, many hours of travel was sleep but we did not get that. Please don't stay here. Even if the price intrigues you, DON'T DO IT. Just pay a few more dollars and stay somewhere else. I do want to add that the assistant manager Charles was super amazing and understanding about the whole ordeal. I hope the owner listens to him about changing the hotel to be better."

"If negative ratings were available, this hotel completely deserves one. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!! The room is filthy, the sheets are like sandpaper, and the air-conditioner was struggling to keep the room cool. The mattress is horrible. The springs are sticking out and it is uncomfortable. They are either short staffed or lazy. My wife and kids stayed here for a week to be closer to our work until we move. I personally have never been treated so poorly by hotel staff in my life. My little boy, who is 16-months-old, got sick and threw up on the bed. My wife cleaned it up and called the front desk. The lady at the front desk told her she had to bring all the bedding down to the laundry, and they would give her another set. When my wife told her she couldn't do that, she told her to find the housekeeper. My wife could not leave the room with a sick baby and a three-year-old and carry all the bedding. Later the person at the front desk called and told her that she could bring the bedding down and give it to the housekeeper to get new bedding. When my wife explained she could not bring it down to the lady at the front desk said, "You can't bring it down at all?". My wife explained why she couldn't bring it down, and then she was told that housekeeping was busy and it would be a long time before she could get bedding. My wife placed the bedding outside the door. Four hours later it was gone, but she still didn't get the bedding. When I get off work I will apparently have to go get it. We are checking out tomorrow, and we will NEVER stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone! I wasn't expecting a palace for the price, but I was expecting cleanliness and decent service."

"Thanks for a great stay in Little Rock. I ended up staying 3 nights, instead of 2 due to my schedule. Your desk manager, Ray, was the most friendliest and helpful that I have ever met. Thank you, Ray. Rooms (102 & 108) were in excellent condition. Hats off to the crew. Thanks. My only complaint was with the pizza joint (Buster's) that advertises in the rooms. Not good. I threw a large Supreme in the trash. Wish I would have ordered from Pizza Hut or a nationally known chain. I was there May 7th through May 9th. Thanks again,"

"Omg just horrible. Rooms look like something a prostitute would rent out. Pool area really nasty. Security guard harrassd my visitor which was my mom and dad. Never again. Not to mention the outside area was nasty."
