"Like the gear. Love the warranty."
"Went inside looking for a specific jacket and was unable to find it. None of the employees seemed to want to help. They were just standing around and chit chatting amongst themselves. They did however help another customer. I asked the manager, (or who I thought was the manager), for some help and she said that she would go in the back and see if that specific jacket I was looking for was in there. When she came back empty-handed, she didn’t bother coming back to me with the answer and just assisted someone else instead. Very poor customer service all around. Won’t bother coming back to this specific North Face store."
"Pro: The place is clean and organized have alot of newly released items. Fresh and newly opened. Staff are professional and knowledgeable. Con: Some items will be more expensive than the northface official website. I bought a few items from the store and went home and checked the site for the same item, and it was much cheaper. Overall, it will be a great place to shop, If you enjoy customer service. But for myself, the price is very important for these days economic, if I can buy it cheap from their official site, I will shop online."
