"TLDR: the waiter discriminate us, ignorant, rude and let us wait meaninglessly for 50 mins. We reserved a small room from 8:00 to 10:30, and we arrived around 8:10-ish. It seems like there was a large private event ongoing and many people were drinking in the lounge. The only person here was the waiter and also bartender. I asked him about the reservation and he started with “we don’t have any reservations”, which was proved to be wrong later. Until I said my name and time repeatedly and he finally “recalled”, and asked me to wait. He continued serving the alcohol to the event ppl with large smiles, loud voice and clear words, but murmured impolitely and impatiently to me. After like 20 mins wait, he walked over to a karaoke room and I thought it supposed to be ours. He set it up, while nobody was waiting. And told us that was NOT our room, even after the 20 mins wait. He murmured so quietly and quickly so I did not hear it well, and I thought it was supposed to our room. He raised the voice up and said “it is not your room!” when I was pushing the door. And he asked me to keep waiting. My friends waiting on the seat said he was constantly peeping at me while doing all the drinks for the guest, but was not doing anything. That opened room also did not get occupied so idk who he was preparing for. I saw the lounge from full of ppl like 30, all the way to about 10 ppl left, and he kept me standing and waiting till 9:00, which has been 50 mins after we arrived. So we finally left. Of course, no follow up calls. I guess he never wanted us to be there. I don’t know if it is because my look belongs to LGBTQ, because of my race, or because I did not dress the fancy outfits like the guests in lounge. Either way, this is the worst experience I had so far and it ruined our birthday party. I’ve been here before like 3 years ago, and it was way better than right now. I will not recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely will not be here ever again."

"Great karaoke spot with awesome staff. As soon as me and my group walked in they greeted us kindly and although full they found a way to accomodate us. Drinks were good, rooms clean, and great libary of music to select from."

"We reserved their biggest room for a Saturday night and they did not have the room ready. This was reserved for 8:30 pm (we did get there about 10 min late - confirmed via Lyft receipt because the server stated we were late). We called twice that week to confirm if the room would be available and then prior to the reservation to ensure that we could bring a cake. The server said the room was in process. He also told our guests who arrived earlier that they were trying to give the room to someone else (???) and did not seat them in the room. I asked why the room wasn't ready after 15 minutes and then was told I was being rude. I had seen several empty rooms. He asked for a card and I went to grab my card and then was ignoring me as I tried to give it to him. I asked for his name and wasn't given. Ruined our night and we all left because it was such an unprofessional and awkward experience. I was hesitant to recommend booking here due to the bad reviews, but took a chance because they have bigger rooms. Would not recommend. Very rude service. TLDR: tried to give our room to someone else, room was not ready on time but there were several empty rooms, then started threaten to not serve us. Also found out his name was josh and then the machine wasn't working so my friends venmoed him but he asked for a card earlier???"
