"I’ve been going here for a couple years seeing PA Button. She is absolutely amazing, I have never felt more cared for, listened to, or treated as an equal by a medical professional until meeting the staff here. Everyone is so wonderful! Appointments are painless and easy and I’m always in and out the door."

"I arrived 10 minutes late due to an accident on I-5. I was told the “policy” is “7-10 minutes” before I was cancelled and my appointment time was given to another patient. This is an outpatient clinic, not same day/walk-in. My complaints are 1) no such policy is posted anywhere, including in the new patient packet or mentioned when I made the appointment (and honestly “7-10 minutes” seems unreasonable for a 40 min new patient appointment and kind of made up), and 2) no one bothered to call or text or email to see if I was on my way or inform me I would not be seen today, even though no other patients were in the lobby or parking lot the entire time I was there. No one suggested I could wait in case there was a no show or told me when the next available options were, only that I needed to reschedule. I guess my critical mistake was stopping to drink some water in my car and then waiting at least a minute in the lobby to be acknowledged, because then I was told I was 12 minutes late. If I had not had the water and instead stormed to the front desk right away and interrupted instead of waiting for the staff to finish chatting with each other and acknowledge me I would have been in that 10 minute window. If indeed another patient was ill enough and honestly needed that appointment more than me, knowing from experience how long appointments have to be booked out (I believe I scheduled this one back in May), as a human I’m satisfied with how it worked out and I’ll get over it. As a patient/customer trying to establish care in a new town, I am disappointed in how this practice handled and communicated about this and I do not plan to reschedule."

"I have been going to this office for about a year now, and the staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful. Typically short to reasonable wait times and ample communication. Dr Button takes her time and makes sure you are comfortable and clear on how to move forward to improving health concerns. I have even recieved help and advice on how to get care for mental health issues, which is not their responsability or job. Goes to show how dedicated they are to caring for their patients."

"I set up a Relationship with this clinic for Madeline Buttons to be my primay caregiver. And I thought everything was good until I got sick and I called and found out You cannot go or see the doctor if you're sick not sure when you're supposed to go to the doctor if you can't call them when you're sick totally confused"
