Reviews of Arc'teryx Seattle
"I’ve been a fan of Arc’teryx for many years. Today the shopping experience at this store did not meet my expectations - to put it mildly. First off after noticing one of the beta ar jackets on display had a lot of signs of trying on I asked the staff to find a new one in the back - this to me was a perfectly normal request yet I got a hard no at the beginning. They reluctantly went to fetch one after I insisted. Only after I came home did I realize that they mistook a women’s jacket for a men one. Now I had to drive all the way to downtown to return it! I was so disappointed by their coldness and incompetence, won’t shop there ever again."
"An amazing product is one thing but to have the right people behind that product to bring it full circle is something only a few select groups of individuals have the right to say they’ve accomplished — perfection. This Arc’teryx location is a direct reflection of that. Decades of hard work and pushing the boundaries of just how far innovation and cutting edge efforts can take us is what made Arc’teryx what it is today and why it is essentially the only brand I’ll put my money on when it really come down to it. With that said, every time I’ve come into this location over the many years of living in Seattle I’ve always been met with someone I felt was a perfect expression of that. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly friendly. I’ve never left any questions unasked when I’m there and always leave knowing something more about the industry that I’d didn’t know before. From Connor, Jackson, Freddy, Daniel and Eli and so many more, throughout all interactions I’ve always felt like I was not only valued as a customer but as an equal as to someone who shares to that same appreciation of what an amazing company has become. There’s been too many instances of employees going out of there way to resolve things on my behalf and with every time leaving me with the assurance of knowing my money is well spent. I could go on and on but to put it simply this is why I trust Arc’teryx with my money and will continue to do so. Amazing products backed by amazing employees. There’s really no reason for me to ever look elsewhere. Thanks guys, you are appreciated!"
"Contrary to past visits, staff were not helpful during the last time I was here. Poor service defeats the purpose of a physical location. If the intention was for customers to help themselves, the owners may as well replace the lot of you with a self checkout station like a cheap grocery store. Will defer to shopping online next time."
"Great service from staff. We went in to look for a jacket when they were about to close shop and they were more than friendly in accommodating us and helping us pick the right ones and even avoiding unsuitable ones that cost more"
"Unfortunately forgot the workers name who helped me but he was a white guy with curly hair and a beanie on. He was really helpful and gave me the knowledge necessary to pick the right jacket. They have a good selection, but the store is a bit small. The building itself makes it the coolest looking Arc’teryx store I’ve been to."
