"Came in from out of town because of these reviews. We had a great experience. My son could have spent all day in there. They employees were so kind and knowledgeable. They were extra generous with the cards because of my son’s manors. I love them encouraging integrity and manors. We will absolutely be back!"

"If i could give a zero i would. Gentleman working the counter was very pleasant but unfortunately had to defer to what appeared to be the owner. The second gentleman again who I assumed to be the owner, seemed very bothered from the outset and initially just continued walking past me even though they were open questions that have been presented to him, and continued on to his office where he had to be called twice before he would come down and give the answers / determinations that had been asked. He seemed very uninterested in any sort of discussion or answering any questions, one point feeling question typing something into his computer and turning back and saying absolutely nothing. Then at the moment when I made a statement that was in disagreement with what he had to say he abruptly walked away and said no business today. If you're interested in buying top of the market price autographed items and very newest and high priced cards this might be your spot, but don't expect reasonable or decent customer service from the owner."

"This is a great shop with a lot of incredible merchandise, especially the autographed stuff. I love that they sponsor so many autograph sessions, Seahawks in particular. Just one small caveat though is that people purchasing pictures get to go first while just autographs have to wait until they are all done. I think it's because they have the photo equipment set up and don't want to have the athlete getting up and down. But maybe just once they'll let autographs go first. We pay the same!"

"I brought my two sons, who are avid card, collectors, and our daughter, who is not such an avid collector, into Mill Creek sports for the very first time last month. Our 12 year old son graciously held the door open for our family, and as we entered the shop, Mr. Chuck stopped us at the counter, and generously blessed him with a stack of trading cards for his chivalry. Then Mr Chuck proceeded to hand a stack of cards to our youngest son, and encouraged him to remember to hold the door open in the future as well. He continued this kindness by blessing our youngest daughter with the biggest stack of cards. Needless to say, our entire family was won over by the hospitality of your staff and have continued to visit multiple times since then. As a parent, I have been so blessed by the way your staff, especially Mr. Chuck, has not only warmly greeted us, but continued to instruct our sons in wise purchasing options. He has graciously steered them away from careless investments, and given them solid guidelines to move forward.
