"From the very beginning, Atina at Underwater Sports' Seattle store was super helpful with scheduling, instruction, and advice. When my schedule wouldn't allow me to join one of the standard classes, Atina offered to work over a national holiday to refresh my training. She also was a superb instructor, reviewing material outside of the water and in the water. She also asked around to connect me with a recommended dive shop in a less-traveled destination. Thank you UWS for hiring great workers like Atina!"

"Very disappointing with their cancellation policy… they didn’t tell me there was a $100 cancellation fee even when I asked a month before cancelling to make sure I could get my money back. I cancelled weeks prior to the dive so they have enough time to fill the spot. I asked why they have the fee and wasn’t given an answer so I’m still not sure why they even have that fee. Also they don’t include tax in the fee so it’s actually a $110 fee. If you have any doubts you won’t be able to complete your scuba certification, don’t recommend this place or at least ask before. Customer service was good, just the policy is a bit robbing in my opinion."
