"I moved my pool table from TX to WA but upon arrival to my new house, the movers refused to move the pool table upstairs and left it sitting unassembled in my dining room. I tried for months to find someone that could get it moved upstairs to the game room and properly reassemble it but no luck until I found Mike and PNW Billiards! Mike promptly returned my call and assured me that he could take care of it. We scheduled a day and time, Mike showed up time and was professional, friendly and clearly has a passion for what he does! The pool table is now where it belongs, fully assembled, and plays great! "Mike installed and set up a "new to us" pool table and it's fantastic. New felt, rails and though the frame is probably decades old, it is in perfect condition and looks brand new. Excellent communication for scheduling and delivery. Prompt, polite and answered all our questions. He takes his time and has great pride in his work. The table will provide years of enjoyment and we will call him when it's time for new felt or anything else. "Mike is a billiards artist and master ! We were gifted a 8ft pool table. However, one of the slates beneath the playing surface had moved when the table was transported on its side. A quick Google search found PNW Billiards, followed by a very informative phone conversation with Mike. Within 48 hours he came to our property to fix the problem, no small feat as he had to take two ferries to get to us. I cannot say enough positive things about Mike,. First, he's a really nice guy, extremely knowledgeable about pool tables and very helpful explaining the problem, its cause and how he was going to remedy it. He spent several hours carefully dismantling the table, re-adjusting the dislodged slate before putting it all back together again. He also replaced the cushion rubbers and re-felted the table at my request. The result is as good as new pool table that my family and friends will use for years to come. I cannot thank Mike enough for his professionalism, promptness, his patience with my ignorance of pool tables while explaining his process. We finished off with a quick game before he began his long journey home. In these days of declining work ethic and lack of customer service, Mike and PNW Billiards are above and beyond what you might expect.
