"Michael repaired my wedding set and another gold ring for me and I couldn't be more happy. He did a fantastic job and I got them back in 1 week. I love that he does this in house because i have trust issues about sending my jewelry out due to horror stories of diamond switching. "Erin is very welcoming and patient. We bought our wedding bands and had tons of questions she had no problem answering all of them and then some. I was very excited to see her during our pick up. We even offered to buy her a coffee at the starbucks in the fred myers because we were so pleased with her. My fiancé wasn't exactly in his element and she really helped with that by being welcoming and nice. Shes very charismatic. We really needed someone knowledgeable and we got just that. Could not be happier with her service. Also we are happy with being able to purchase the lifetime warranty it allows us to have so much in the care package. "I dropped my ring off 1.5 weeks ago. Today I called to check on the status of my ring and was told by the lady working that I ( me) was told that the jeweler was on vacation and my ring would not be ready until 11/11. When I informed her that the man helping me had not told me that he told me 2 weeks her response to me was " That man is our manager and I highly doubt he would not have told a customer that the jeweler was on vacation and the pick up date is 11/11" the female staff has been less than friendly in the past in store and her response to me was not customer service at all. I would have sent out my ring regardless of the timing had I known it would be 1.5 months I would not have checked in on it today."

"I had an excellent experience!! Rhonda is amazing!! She didn't try to talk me in to anything she knew I wasn't looking for. My fiance and I went in looking for my new engagement ring. I was stuck between 2 and she helped me decide which one I wanted. Unfortunately we had to bring my 4 year old son with us and he was pushing things around, and trying to go under the benches. She didn't get upset or anything. Infact she told me that he was totally fine and helped me calm down as I was trying to make a huge decision on an expensive purchase. She never got impatient with me though I had been there for a few hours. Absolutely will go back!!"

"Staff is super friendly and helpful. My husband bought my ring here and he said they were very open and friendly. Their prices are the cheapest around and I absolutely love my ring! We went back in a month before the wedding because my ring was a bit too loose and they sized it down to a 4.5 which is really hard to do. I recommend everyone to them!"
