Reviews of The Corson Building
"Beautiful spot for a dinner date! We went here to celebrate a birthday and the entire experience was wonderful. Food tasted fresh, the two wine options went great with the meals and the dessert was simple but tasty. Will definitely be coming back (maybe during the day the next time since the space is so pretty). Parking is a bit tricky but there is an alley right next to the restaurant where you can find additional parking spots."
"One of the unique aspects that make this establishment stand out is its daily changing menu. The chef curates dishes based on the fresh produce available in the market, promising a delightful surprise with every visit. The staff takes the time to explain each dish thoroughly, adding a personal touch to the dining experience. It's a refreshing departure from the predictability of standard menus, and it keeps patrons eagerly anticipating their next visit. The building's historic charm adds a layer of character to the overall ambiance. Originally built in the first part of the last century, the architecture exudes a timeless elegance that blends seamlessly with the contemporary elements of the restaurant. The outdoor seating, though exposed to the elements, is surprisingly warm and comfortable. On to the main event – the food. We sampled a variety, including some delectable drinks, succulent duck meat, and a perfectly prepared fish dish. Each bite was a burst of flavors that showcased the chef's skill and commitment to quality ingredients. All in all, this restaurant has become one of my favorites. I left with a contented heart and a promise to return soon. Whether you're seeking a romantic dinner or a lively family gathering, this establishment has mastered the art of creating a dining experience that is both memorable and gratifying. Highly recommended!"
"Stopped by for a private event and was very impressed - beautiful space that’s completely unexpected for a first timer coming off the street given its industrial location. Had some great snacks set up for the guests. Def is on my list to come back to for dinner."
"We had an incredible experience at The Corson Building! The service and food were excellent. It was originally recommended to me by a friend almost 9 years ago, and I cannot believe I have been missing out this whole time. We did the Sunday Supper, and I cannot wait to go back and try the regular prix fixe menu."
"Beautiful atmosphere and a fantastic meal. We went for the Sunday Supper and will definitely be back. The food was fresh, light, and perfectly balanced. We loved the carafe wine choices and also went with a cocktail at the start of the evening - both we’re great classics, very well made."
