The virtual options are very convenient and allow you to practice at home for whatever reason while still experiencing the care of these special people. The variety of offerings is amazing, from yoga (in all it various forms) to fitness to sound baths! There is a plethora of house plants available for purchase, as well as other soothing and healing products. It's really worth your while to check out this inclusive and magical venue."

"This is a lovely space in downtown and a place that feels truly inclusive to anyone. It’s also such a community hub. I’ve taken breath work classes in this studio and I am now picking up abundant amounts of veggies through my Good Rain Farm CSA share that is delivered to LiveWell in Camas. I haven’t pushed myself to join the yoga membership just yet because I have some fear and shame regarding yoga practice still but I will because I feel if anywhere will help me accept yoga in my healing journey it will be at LiveWell. It’s a place you just feel safe at. Plus seeing the adorable Aussie when you walk into the door warms my heart. That’s some healing right there alone!"
