"I have now gone multiple times ( it is a 2 minute walk from work ) during lunch and have had to wait for the waitress/bar tender to get done looking at their phone to acknowledge I am there. Once my order is taken, and then given to me, I have not once received napkins or silverware. Then once I am done, it takes forever to get the check ( again bar tender is on their phone ). Ever since ownership changed this place has gone down hill. Rotating cast of bartenders and kitchen staff do not help, but come on, put down the phone so you can serve the 1 customer that walks in before noon."

"Our shop went to this place for lunch at least twice a week. Ever since the new ownership came in the place has really gone down hill. Service is horrible, the food is bad, and there is always someone in a bad mood answering the phones. Our last order was messed up so bad we won't be going there ever again."

"went there everyday for 3 years for lunch.they just got new owner and the.place has done a complete 180 bad staff that cant do there job and straight rude. today was the last straw called in a order for 3 get there.only one thing was made and 15 mins later and wanted us to pay for it we left and will never.return I give them 6 months and the doors Will be closed for good"

"I called to see if they were still serving food and the man who answered was very rude told me that they might be serving food then hung up on me. I have never been there and was looking for a fun place to eat. Let's just say I will never go there."
