"Went in there last weekend to check out their big sale. WOW!! Originally looking for new ski boots, and ended up with a complete package of boots, skis, poles, and a helmet. I can’t say enough good things about Joe in the ski department who spent an hour with me fitting me with the right boots and skis. No pressure sales dude who really knows his stuff. "I've tried to find climbing shoes here several times. They have a nice selection of shoes but always seem to be out of many sizes of the higher end models. Each time they told me that they'll have them in stock once their next shipment comes in but that never seems to happen no matter how long you wait (and I've waited for months). I have never been to a store that had so much trouble keeping their products in stock. Don't waste your time if you are looking for high performance rock shoes. The staff are friendly and helpful but whoever is in charge of managing stock seems to have no clue what they are doing. If I knew the exact size and model of rock shoe I wanted, I'd simply order them online. The whole point of buying them locally is so that I can try them on first."

"Literally has everything you need and more! Beyond that it's all pertinent gear you want whatever your outdoor adventure. Name brand as well as lesser known and store brand items for a great value without the hefty pricetag. Real value and choice. The staff is wonderful, friendly, energetic and knowledgeable. Helpful but not pushy. They buy used a wide variety of your used gear, items you no longer use but still have utility can be sold downstairs and the proceeds are paid with in store credit. Simple, fair and good value has been my experience over the last 5 years. I can't think of an outdoor activity they don't cover??? I don't think they carry cricket bats, but what the heck is cricket anyway??"

"My husband wears an off-size in work shoes & boots required for his 95% outside job, and without fail EVERYTIME we hit Next Adventure he scores exactly what he's wanting & needing. Not to mention for an amazing price, also every time. Parking can be a hit and miss on a good day, but worth the effort once yer inside the store! Every corner has great stuff! Staff is amazing too, they really know their products!"

"The staff are super knowledgeable and helped fit our youngest for a hiking backpack. Bargain basement is full of surprises both new and used but hit or miss size wise. Prices were good. We needed at least 2 hrs to shop all the floors here. Parking can be challenging."
