"Access through Cafe Hitchcock on 1st. You can't go in from 2nd but you can use the elevator and exit on 2nd. Crying shame because the art deco inspired lobby is one of the most beautiful in Seattle. Someday."

"The Exchange Building is a beautiful building with a vaulted, art-deco lobby, complete with a "telephone" room without a phone. The seasonal holiday tree smells like it may have been around since 1930 (but still pretty), and if you put your coffee on the little shelf at the elevators to push the button, make sure it doesn't slowly slide off."
