"Don't know much about this place except that my other half wouldn't let me buy it when it was for sale a few months ago. The new owners are putting in a new boat lift and seem to be making improvements. There are LOTS of covered slips and places to moor a boat. Sheltered from Columbia River traffic by an island and upstream water breaks. Some days the water looks like glass. Beautiful sunrises every day and wildlife abound. I've seen all kinds of birds. Storks, Blue Heron, Bald Eagles, Hawks, Vultures, you name it. Not to mention the Deer, Cougar, Coyotes, Otters, and Beavers. And it's surrounded by farms with crops and livestock. So yeah. If you want a unique place to visit that feels like it's off the beaten path... Well this is it. It's JUST off the beaten path. Like 8 minutes from I-5 and I think there's even pizza delivery. But it gives you a feeling like you are in the middle of nowhere. Truly one of the hidden gems in the Pacific Northwest."
