"Here at Roosevelt, it SUCKS!!!! I once got in trouble for accidentally barely tapping a kid on the back of his shoulder. And if you don't raise your hand when they say "give me five", they will either put your name on a clipboard for a referral, or give you a warning and punish the hole class. And if you say you are going to stay after school to help with something, and then say you are going to call your parents ( or guardians) to pick you up, oh BOY do they get upset. Don't go here or work here, it is the worst school ever! Almost as if the teachers were cursed!"
"Don't turn on Roll in Park Drive, go to Monroe. Rollin is a trailer park and you can't get to the school from there."
"I am blown away by the negative remarks on here. I have make it a point o send my son to Roosevelt even though we live near Jefferson school. This school is like a giant family, we all help each other. Roosevelt even raises money for student families in crisis. Not to mention they send food home with needy families every friday. Roosevelt applies for and does all the foot work needed to get grants to help their students succeed. They have always been there for my son and I. Communication and guidance for parents is amazing here. I wouldn't have my son go anywhere else."

"Terrible their are a few awesome teachers. But they teach the 6th graders how to use the bathroom. And have a P.E teacher that's afraid of running. My advice send your child to Franklin Elementary School. That place is much more friendly to new children"
