"I left this 5 star review a couple months ago, I still stand by it. I want to add that the staff at this shop are incredible. I've been in only a few times and I already feel like they recognize me. The staff is always super nice and helpful, it doesn't hurt that they all have personal experience with most of the products they sell. I stopped by today and they were absolutely swamped. Didn't affect my experience at all since they pulled someone from the back to come help me. They even said they appreciated my patience, as if they didn't do just the best possible job with how many people were in the store. Seriously, there were like 5 people in the store and I was still in and out in 10 minutes, including the time the staff member spent looking at my bike to figure out what brake pads I needed."

"Am very happy with Earl's. I bought a really nice ebike from them and promptly tipped it over on a steep hill - it was my fault entirely. The brake handle was smashed and I knew the warranty would not cover replacing it. They made my bike like new and installed a much needed rear view mirror as well; I was relieved when I saw how reasonable the final bill was. R Daily"
