"Shop is service-oriented but there’s still some cool bits floating around. Duke is super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Support your LBS"
"What can I say? Alley Cat is just the best. Duke is the real deal; genuine, friendly, no pretentiousness, knowledgeable yet humble, and he freely shares his knowledge with me every time I come in with questions. If your bike needs service, look no further. You can rest assured Duke & Co. will treat you right."
"I don’t yet know if you all can fix my senior mom’s walker, but I know that they’re gonna give it their best shot. They were warm, welcoming and had just a very friendly and capable vibe. I first called a long-standing shop in Fairhaven and they said no, they wouldn’t even look at it. I’m recommending them even if they can’t fix the walker… ( but I know they will!) on the basis of their super friendly customer service."
"Super chill, approachable, professional. Needed to get a "lowers" service on my MRP front fork, which a lot of shops don't service or don't have parts for. Alleycat fit me in, had the parts in stock, and completed the service super quickly to have me ready for the weekend and at a very reasonable price. I enjoy doing some of my own work, but fork service is beyond my abilities / tools on hand, and these guys know their stuff (catching some other little things that needed attention on my bike as well). Highly recommended! Thanks!"
"In a town full of bike shops, this remains my first stop. The crew is super nice and not in that fake forced-smile way. It's genuine. They never talk down to customers (which is sadly rare). If it has a stanchion this is the place to go for service. If you DIY they can get everything you need along with advice. Shopping online is easy and sometimes cheaper, but coming here is enjoyable enough that it far outweighs saving a dollar and convenience."
