"I enjoyed the visit and will be back again. It felt safe and plenty of photo opportunities to explore."
"Stopped here by chance on our way north to Seatac airport. We needed a break from driving, to stretch our legs and have some lunch. What a wonderful little spot set on the Columbia River. Lovely gardens, clean restrooms and nice views across to Oregon. There’s a McMenamins too should you need something more substantial to eat. Be sure to check out the little museum in the administrative building if you stop during office hours."
"That's a beautiful place with a beautiful beach. Plenty of activities to keep you active all day or just sit on the beach. There's a nice little length amphitheater. Nice walking trail,, pavilions with tables, tennis courts, basketball court... There is a McMenamins restaurant there as well as a shopping center being built. Swimming, canoeing, kayaking, rafting and lots of ships going up and down the river to watch. Also American Cruise lines now docks their ships there for a day."
