"After our garage caught fire, I called Heritage to come board up the area and they arrived the same day and had it all secured before nightfall. I was very impressed with their quick response. Heritage has been a very good company to work with throughout the restoration of the garage. They worked well with my insurance company, the work was well done, the financials were clear, and they helped me swap in a few updates during the rebuild. Expect to keep on top of the details if you, like me, appreciate knowing exactly what's happening when. But Heritage was responsive whenever I needed questions answered. I will absolutely call them first if I ever have need of their services again and I highly recommend them as a company."

"So they showed up with fans and dehumidifier, and also a air scrubber like used for mold. Had me sign a contract, started taking control and wanting to tell me how they were going to repair the damage. I built my house by myself, and I was clear, I only wanted it dried out. They wouldn't tell me how much the equipment cost was per day, refused to tell me there labor cost, basically wanted a blank check. Then too add insult to injury, there technician insulted my intelligence when I was leaning on going with a nother contractor, or doing the work myself At the end I terminated them turned in the itemized charges to my insurance, and sure enough the air scrubber was not covered by insurance, so I never got paid from insurance for the air scrubber. I never paid them for the air scrubber, being that we agreed that they will only do what insurance covers. Then they turned it into collections. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM FOR ANYTHING."

"During one of the major rain storms in 2021, a large branch pierced our roof and made a 10 -12 inch hole. Water poured in damaging the insulation in our attic and the ceiling and walls in our upstairs hallway. I called 10+ companies and was fortunate that Heritage Restoration was the first company to be willing to help. "After 4 months of nothing being done on my kitchen they showed up, hung 1 sheet of Sheetrock and wanted $15,000 to cover all the money they had tied up in the job. I bought the cabinets, the flooring, the backsplash, repaired the floors and did the necessary carpentry work myself so we don’t understand how 1 sheet and installation was worth $15,000. Luckily for us in the middle of waiting on them their guy voided the contract because it wasn’t docusigned. You should be able to give negative stars."
