"This was a really neat place. It's super affordable at $3 per person. The gentleman we spoke to was so kind and explained all of the things to do at the museum. The mermaid tour had a great amount of knowledge on the legends of mermaids, and the gift shop had some really cool trinkets! I would also like to add that there is a winery right next to the museum. We sadly didn't have time to check it out, but definitely next time possibly later in the growing season! Great place! Check it out!"
"This was so awesome, I absolutely recommend going here. They put together a neat display of legends, facts, and the history of mermaids. The outside gardens were beautiful even in the off-season."
"Super fun place to visit, going over mermaid lore, cultural and pop culture alike. There was also a fantastic selection of spirits and wines, Barb helped us out making selections and encouraged tasting before purchasing, which was really wonderful. The wine floats were all so beautiful it was really hard to choose, not to mention the wine itself was delicious. We especially liked the minty cream liquor and the lavender lemon gin! The whole estate was fun to snoop around and hopefully we'll be back again soon!"
"What an unexpected experience and Adventures. The little one enjoyed the maze, all of the outdoor games such as chess, checkers, cornhole, and in the end or mermaid museum area was a scavenger hunt where she found hidden treasures. Bought a large mermaid doll and a few gifts, and the next time we come we will dine in the garden. The art exhibits were fun as well."
"Fun, campy museum that is worth the $3 admission (or $10 per family). There is a fortune telling machine and you can pan for fossils and gem stones. Lots of photo ops. I wish the gift shop had more items. It was mostly stuffed mermaid dolls and spirits from the adjacent distillery. I recommend stopping if you enjoy quirky museums. Cashier was very friendly. Dogs are allowed on leash in the adjacent gardens, but I got eaten alive by mosquitos and sand fleas."
