"This leashless park is really enjoyable. People pick up after their animals, and it isn't pure chaos like fenced-in parks where people bring their dogs and just ignore them. There is a pond, and if it has rained recently, there will be very wet spots in the grass, like the 3-inch deep puddle hidden in the grass type of wet spots. Wear boots and bring towels for your car if you go after rain."

"I love this park! I appreciate having such a large area to let your dog roam around, off leash. There's a nice amount of beach along the nooksack river that can be accessed as well. Its very clean and well kept, definitely one of my favorite parks! I don't mind that there isn't a traditional playground for kids, I think that prevents the park from feeling over crowded."

"Nice park, with a pond (basically a giant puddle) and a walking trail. Wide open field used mostly for pets. Because it is used mostly for pets to roam and run it's not a good place to picnic."
