"How do you quantify overcoming anxiety with 1 to 5 stars?? It seems lackluster to rate something so monumentally important in my life with stars... but it would be top marks easily, 5 of 5 stars!! Garret was welcoming and so easy to start a dialog with, he helped to guide me towards my issues and gave me to tools to tackle them when they appeared in my day to day activities. I never realized how much my anxiety improved, but I used to stay inside every day, gaming or Netflix, I would ubereats all my food and just felt miserable. I could get by and function in the world if needed, but it was so exhausting due to the anxiety that came with it. Not only am I getting out more, but I'm enjoying it while I am out. I can see things that might trigger my anxiety and mentally navigate them in the moment. I would never have driven downtown Portland 3 years ago due to anxiety, and now I heckin live down here. Garret has helped me change my life in so many great ways from scheduling to anxiety, and even some life pro tips along the way. Thanks for everything Garret!!"
