"Overall I feel really disappointed with the care I received here. My most important needs, they didn’t feel comfortable helping me with. I honestly and clearly expressed what I needed to administration and my therapist Brianna, and they told me that they didn’t know me enough to provide help. Meanwhile I missed out on a month of mental health care that during the passing of my mother has been unbearable. I would not recommend these people for anyone, as they do not care to listen to what the client is clearly asking for."

"Kind of terrible. Wouldn't help me find a therapist that fit. Like didn't even try. The OHP administrator(LISA) sent me an unhelpful link to a site to navigate it on my own. She basically said,"oh your depressed? I don't care. Let me make it worse for you". Found an even worse therapist through that link she sent me. No one else on the site even took my insurance or was even taking new patients. The OHP administer(LISA) literally could not be bothered to help me with finding a therapist that takes my insurance(OHP) ---like it is literally her job. She was completely unbothered, she does not care. 0/10 I'm even more depressed as a result if the ordeal. Mental health and wellness? What a joke. Not even a shred of empathy coming from this office."

"So far, I’ve had a wonderful experience with ConnectionsFirst and definitely recommend. From the beginning they made it seamless for me to start getting help and were able to work with my insurance without issue. I was very anxious just to CALL and set up the initial appointment - and when I told them that, they were very understanding, warm, and patient with me. They were able to work with my schedule and connect me with a provider who I feel has been a great fit. I feel so much better after each session; I’m starting to see improvement slowly but surely in my own life. I feel like I’m learning actual, tangible techniques and tools to implement change in my thoughts and actions. I only wish I had started up sooner. With my experience, the needs/goals of sessions and diagnosis/treatment plan were discussed in the first few appointments so both you and your provider will have something real to work toward. Other good things: Appointments are timely, communications are clear and quick. There’s free on-site parking, and a comfortable, calm, inviting atmosphere both in the lobby and rooms. A basic app is available for appointment reminders, paperwork, and bill payment as well."
