"A few days after I had my windshield replaced and after following all of the technician's instructions, the windshield developed a crack from the bottom on the windshield. When I took it back they ( the manager) said a white spot where the glass chipped was "from impact" and would not honor the warranty. To me it looks like where the glass chips from it cracking and then spreading from the bottom of the windshield. I would have noticed if there was impact on my brand new windshield. This was not a rock chip as you would get from a rock that would develop into a crack.. it is a crack. I will say the desk staff was very nice."

"Had a windshield replaced on a 2001 jeep cherokee in Feb of 2023 which cost $393. It looks good and I did get the impression the technician was careful and thorough but will have to see how it does over the course of time. The staff is friendly. I had 2 surprises though that I would have liked to have known about in advance. 1. If there is any rust in the area surrounding your windshield then they might leave you without a windshield if its too rusted OR if its not too bad they will clean it up for you But it will void the warrantee. 2. The work takes 2 to 3 hours."
