"While doctor is very kind and knowledgeable his front staff was awful - know before you go they will not let anyone but mom and dad in the office. In our case dad couldn’t come so mom came, they wouldn’t let her in the office at all. Rude and condescending and gave no rational just it is their policy. But oddly they have an entire ceremonial Bris being done just after and I’m curious why it is ok for more than just mom and dad can attend that?? Their policies are outdated and they need to update website with information."

"Absolutely disappointed with this office. You can call day and night until you finally get someone. And when you do, they expect you to complete the forms within 24hrs. I’m sorry, but I have a NEWBORN who is crying for my attention. Where can I find the time to print and fill these forms out?? Then they claim that they left you messages when they didn’t. Stupid policy especially because the forms that they send are NOT singable or aren’t in a “mychart” which would have been easier in the first place. They are outdated with their systems. And for a doctor charging over $400 for a circumcision, they could invest in a front desk to answer their calls, invest in a platform to make it easier for the patient to sign forms. I’m absolutely disappointed. Look elsewhere honestly, they don’t care for their patients but care about money and policy."

"It seems weird but multiple pediatricians have complimented Dr Witz's handiwork. Everyone at the office was very kind and of course Dr Witz did a great job. Aftercare instructions were very clear and easy to follow. They even helped with our questions about a subsequent child after we left the state. Highly recommend."

"We had the best experience we could possibly have for a circumcision appointment. As a mother, I was extremely nervous - this office handled everything amazingly well. From preparing you in advance, to the actual quick and seamless procedure, to after care. I had a couple of questions after the procedure just to make sure things were looking right and they responded immediately."

"Unlike most other reviewers, we had a terrible experience with this clinic. At the time we were still new to the Seattle area and we were told by our pediatrician that he was the highest recommended and pretty much the only Dr. that performed newborn male circumcision in this area. We followed our pediatrician's advice and waited for our appointment which was exactly at our son's 6-week age limit to get the procedure done. There was an abundance of information on the procedure which was helpful, but in hindsight I saw those explicit and strict details as a way not to deal directly with the patient's questions and concerns. After the procedure was done the follow up was limited in the sense that phone calls went straight to voicemail with a message saying that the clinic was going to be closed for 5 weeks. Who closes their clinic for 5 weeks and does not recommend an alternative specialist in case of an emergency or any other issue that could arise?!! Turns out the clinic did follow up at the three week mark asking for a photo. We sent the photo and they told us to come in right away since the procedure did not look like it was supposed to...meaning more skin had to be pushed back. We went in and appreciated the Dr.'s availability and intervention, but again there was no way to ask questions afterwards since they were closed for five weeks with no one to pick up the phone!!!! Almost a year in and we are extremely unhappy with our son's circumcisions. We plan on having him seen to by a pediatric urologist asap. In summary we do NOT recommend this place and they are NOT the only provider in the Seattle area. I wish we had done some more research and had the procedure done at a hospital the way it was done for my first son in another state."
