Our daughter was born with a cleft palate and had frequent, complicated antibiotic resistant ear infections before we could get her in for surgery. Dr. Suzuki made an effort to squeeze us in for a quick check and/or respond to my anxious mychart messages. I felt confident in Dr. Suzukis approach/recommendations and feel that she played a big role in keeping our daughter healthy enough to not delay her surgery. "Falsely documented that we requested fluoride and that it was applied at the time of visit therefore we got charged for it. Reached out a good five times for the office to adjust and resubmit the bill. It has been two months and still not resolved. Every message or concern gets deferred to the office manager which seems to be their blanket statement, but there is no follow up. Zero sense of patient care. Stop messaging me on MyChart and give me a call with a solution for once!"

"I appreciate it. The fact that she got me and my kids in quickly but she is very pushy and tried to tell me that the reason my child has a sinus infection is because I didn't vaccinate. So if you are not vaccinating your kids or putting it off so your kid doesn't suffer side affects from the shots, don't go here. She also didn't understand that once you get whooping cough once, it's EXTREMELY rare if at all possible to get it again. I am grateful for her service but will not be booking with her again."

Lactation said she had a tongue tie and she didnt!! If you get the opportunity to see this doctor, do it!! We are so lucky to have found her."
