"I was 15 minutes late for my appointment. I have twins and they are premature and have back to back appointments. One of the twins is not eating correctly and it was incredibly hard to get them out of the house. The doctor refused to see the babies when we had ample time left as I had two back to back appointments. No empathy for her patients or a new mother."
