"I was told that since I experienced a migraine and missed the first visit to set up care (my migraines are debilitating and I am focused first and foremost on my health and surviving the migraine when I am in the midst of an episode) that I would not be allowed to schedule EVER with Dr. Struthers. So, discrimination here based on a chronic health issue/disability. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they hung up on me. Horrible customer service and a terrible practice. I will be filing complaints. I hope they are not treating their disabled tiny patients the way they treat their chronic condition/disabled parents!"
