"I told her our daughter is having a lot of upper G.I. issues. I had to FaceTime her from work while her dad was with her at the appointment. She seemed very unconcerned. I told her I wanted a referral to a Gastro doctor. She said she was going to refer her to Holly Ridge, Holly Ridge asked why she did not refer her to a Gastro doctor. We have an upcoming appointment on Wednesday and I will accompany our daughter. , Holly Ridge asked why she did not refer her to a Gastro doctor. We have an upcoming appointment on Wednesday and I will accompany our daughter with her dad missing work to ask her why this was not done in the first place as our daughter is having the same issues. I was also told by her dad after we got off of FaceTime she giggled and said, at least she is concerned. I will go to the medical board if necessary."
"My 3 kids have been with Dr. Anderson since 2016. She is very nice. My biggest complaint is that Dr. Andrew is 45 minutes or more late 100% of the time. I was told that other patients want to discuss more issues allowed, but this cannot be everytime. I think they double book appointments because one of my children had the first appointment at 745 and she was 20-30 minutes late. My child has multiple issues so we are following up frequently. My second complaint is the doctor failed to listen to my concerns regarding my child's ADHD medication and behavioral issues. The medication that was prescribed was not working and I had been saying for months it was not working. I requested a medication change that had a more calming effect on my child and she refused to listen and change the medication. He snapped at school and now I am trying to scramble to get a medication change temporarily until we can meet with a specialist. Dr. Anderson failed me and my son. If there are no issues with your child and you don't mind the wait, Dr. Anderson may be ok, but I would not recommend her and I regret waiting so long to change doctors. Peninsula Community overall is not a great medical center and I would urge people to move away from public doctors and go with a private doctor."
"Dr is so slow and not attentive. They lied straight to my face. There are better dr offices that actually care."
