"We had a vacation to Hawaii get postponed because we were originally suppose to go in April of 2020. Obviously that had to be postponed because it was the throws of the Coronavirus. Since then we have heard from them twice about rescheduling our trip and it always ended with a “we will get back to you” which never happened. Email after email and voicemail after voicemail goes unanswered. Mind you we already paid $12,000 for this trip and can’t get the decency of a call back. It has been beyond frustrating. Save yourself the headache and boom your trip yourself or use a travel agency that has the decently to call you back."
