This hcp did not or would not read chart; delegated her work to nurses; was repeatedly late to appts; used defensive, scripted language; provided the wrong medical advise; irresponsibly documentation of medical record; and, prescribed medication known to cause internal bleeding only to refuse prescriptions thereafter. If she's considered the best, problems with health care here are incomprehensible."
