"We have been using travel team for more than 10 years. I feel bad I have never posted a review before. We have done 12 cruises and numerous land trips to Europe and Africa. Each time we were delighted with every arrangement. Not only that but when strikes, weather, or mechanical problems were thrown at us, the travel team came to a quick and perfect rescue. So great having an angel look over you while away from home."

"Great Experience. I worked with Cathy to plan a solo 21 day NZ, Australia adventure. I had pretty much outlined what I wanted to include and was able to get some great recommendations on items that enhanced the trip. When traveling a great distance that included 9 flights as well as numerous hotels, activities and day tours it is great to have everything lined up. It definitely lowers the stress level. There were times when things didn't go exactly as planned. It was great to be able to contact the company or an agent to get them corrected asap. Would book again with this company"

"I spoke with an absurdly rude woman who works for them. I actually had to end the conversation by saying "I'm sorry, you are being so incredibly rude that I can't speak with you anymore." I have honestly never reviewed anything online, but felt like I had to after speaking with this woman. I am sure that not everyone who works here is as negative. I understand that people have bad days, but I've also worked in the service industry for a long time and know that you need to treat people with respect regardless of how you are feeling."
