"Went in for a medication I used to get, which we had talked about initially when I established him as my primary care doctor. He forgot all about it (understandable, it had been a while) and proceeded to shame me and question whether my previous diagnosis was valid (the information he supplied to support this was also blatantly incorrect). I understood his hesitation in prescribing me the medication I was trying to restart because it is a risky medication, but he was questioning my previous doctor and diagnosis in an area that wasn’t his specialty. Likely won’t be returning."

"Myself and my whole family see Dr. Koehler at his Fisher's Landing location. He is thoughtful, thorough, and has excellent bedside manner. He listens and asks appropriate questions that help him to understand the cause of any medical issues and direct us on the appropriate path. He is great with kids and adults and can easily put even the most anxious patient at ease. We are very happy with his care."

"This Dr. Is very thorough and as far as knowledge goes seems really good. BUT he seems to have forgotten he's dealing with people and he has a terrible way of talking to his patients. He's very abrupt and honestly we found him rude and condescending. Very disappointed in the way he treated my husband. Staff seems nice and offered to test for hep c even though my husband isn't in the high risk age group nor has he ever used recreational drugs. Completely offended. How many labs will they recommend that you don't need? We will be looking for a different family doctor. Someone who remembers patients deserve respect as well."
